WARDOGS: How to Show FPS (FPS Counter)
The quickest way to show your FPS in WARDOGS is the Steam counter: open Steam, go to Settings, In Game, and set the in-game FPS counter to a corner. It overlays on WARDOGS like any Steam game. Prefer more detail? Your NVIDIA or AMD overlay shows FPS plus frametime and temps. Check the game's own display settings too, since a built-in counter may be there.
The Steam FPS counter (works everywhere)
This is the fastest route and it does not depend on your graphics card. In Steam, open Settings, then In Game, find In-game FPS counter, and pick a screen corner. Tick high-contrast color so it stays readable against the game. Launch WARDOGS and the number sits in that corner. It is the least intrusive option and fine for a quick check that your frame cap is holding.
The NVIDIA or AMD overlay (more detail)
Use your card's overlay when you want frametime, GPU load and temperature next to the FPS, which is what you need when you are actually tuning settings.

What good FPS looks like in WARDOGS
WARDOGS has long sight lines, so a steady frame rate helps you track distant movement. Cap your frame rate at your monitor's refresh so it stays consistent rather than spiking, and if the counter shows you dropping below it, the settings guide covers what to lower first. Shadows low is the biggest single win for both FPS and spotting enemies.
