WARDOGS Best Budget Loadout (Cheap)
The best budget loadout in WARDOGS costs almost nothing and still turns a profit most lives. Take a free starter rifle or the $600 T-21, the cheapest backpack, level 1 armour, a $100 parachute, the free resuscitator, a few bandages, loose ammo, and binoculars. The binoculars and the free revive tool both earn cash and XP, so a careful life pays for itself and then some. Keep the kit light and you also stay fast, which keeps you alive to spend the money you make.
Because loadouts cost cash and you lose everything if you die without a revive, a cheap kit is not a compromise early on. It is the correct play until you are surviving consistently. This one levels Assault, Medic and Recon at the same time.
The budget kit, slot by slot
| Slot | Take |
|---|---|
| Primary | Free faction rifle, or the T-21 ($600) for full auto. |
| Backpack | The small operator backpack. Cheap, and worth it over the free pouch. |
| Armour | Level 1 at least. It stops the scout-rifle one-shot and costs little. |
| Traversal | Parachute ($100). An insurance policy for a rough heli drop. |
| Specialist | Binoculars. Spot enemies for cash and Recon XP. |
| Items | Free resuscitator, a few bandages, and fill the rest with loose ammo. |
Why loose ammo beats extra magazines
A single 30-round magazine takes the same backpack space as roughly 80 loose rounds. So carry one or two mags and fill the rest of the bag with loose ammo, then press the pack key when you are in cover to refill your empty mags. You end up with far more total ammo, more room for bandages, and you spend nothing on magazines you were never going to empty. It is the cheapest way to punch above the kit's price.
How this kit makes money
The two free earners do the work. Every enemy you spot with binoculars pays cash and Recon XP if they die to anyone, and the free resuscitator pays around $900 per revive. Heal a teammate after you revive them and that pays again. Do this near the Hot Zone, where everything is worth double, and a $1,000 loadout can clear several thousand in a single life at almost no risk. Reinvest that into better armour and a real weapon once you are surviving.
Magazines, smoke and the resuscitator are heavy; ammo is light. Keep the kit in the light or medium band so you keep your sprint. Losing your tactical sprint is worse than losing a few dollars, because a slow player is an easy kill.
